Parts Sales Executive

Join Our Team as a Part Sales Executive!

Are you a confident communicator with a flair for sales and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a Part Sales Executive to join our growing team at our Portadown site. This role is key in helping us drive revenue, build strong customer relationships, and grow our parts business across Northern Ireland and beyond.

• Responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email
• Proactively calling existing customers and potential new accounts
• Processing customer orders accurately using our internal systems (including Sage)
• Building long-term relationships with key accounts and internal teams
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the Service department
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer records
• Promoting a strong culture of compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
• Previous experience in a sales or telesales role
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work under pressure
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage

• Degree-level education
• Technical understanding of mechanical parts or Kingspan product range

• Holiday entitlement 33 days per year (including holidays)
