Position:
We’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our Portadown branches with the addition of a new External Sales Representative. This strategic appointment marks an exciting step in our ongoing growth and demonstrates our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. The primary focus is on driving Sales and ensuring the highest levels of Customer service in an efficient manner.
The successful applicant will have the ability to create a strategy to identify and develop Key Customer Accounts. You will also use your industry knowledge and expertise to nurture solid partnerships for the future.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Develop new customer relationships whilst continuously growing existing ones
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Resolve issues and problems faced by customers in a timely manner
- Compile and analyse sales data through the CRM system
- Collect customer feedback and market research
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Excellent knowledge or experience of
building and timber products - Previous experience in a sales-based customer focused industry
- Committed and passionate to providing
excellent customer service - Target driven
with a genuine passion for the customer - Ability to work
under pressure
and to
tight timescales - Strong
negotiation
and
closing skills - Able to work both
individuall
y and as part of a
branch team - Competent level of
IT proficiency
