Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday (approx 5pm-1am)

If you ve visited one of our restaurants before, you ve probably got some idea of what s involved in maintaining a restaurant. But you might not realise the variety and scope of the role.

Specific responsibilities will include acceptance and rotation of our great food products, maintaining freezers, chillers and stock rooms, restaurant cleanliness and completion of non-electrical small equipment repairs and maintenance.

To join us you ll need to be confident in dealing with external contractors as well as the restaurant team. You ll also need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service as well as cleanliness. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.

• Assist the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining products, equipment and building in prime condition.
• Acceptance and rotation of food products; maintain freezers, chillers and stock rooms; ensure restaurant cleanliness.
• Completion of non-electrical small equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Work with external contractors to ensure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers.
• Provide support as a loyal, energetic team member with high standards of service in all areas of the restaurant inside and out.

• Experience is desired, however full training will be provided.
• Shifts available:
  Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Saturday & Sunday 6pm - midnight.
• Applicants must be 18+
