Nursery Manager - Be the Founding Leader of Our Brand-New 110-Place Busy Bees Nursery in Guernsey!
Location: Guernsey. Busy Bees as Peter Port - Queens Road, Guernsey, GY1 1RH
. Start Date: Ahead of Grand Opening (Date TBC).
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: Up to £68,000 OTE (£55k base + up to 25% bonus).
Plus £5000 relocation package (T&C'S apply).

• Lead the successful opening and long-term operation of the nursery

• Ensure compliance with EYFS and Guernsey’s local regulatory frameworks
• Partner with parents, professionals, and the wider island community
• Inspire your team to deliver best-in-class care, education, and support
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Busy Bees UK to deliver excellence

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing or deputy managing a nursery setting
• A genuine passion for building and leading teams
• A strong knowledge of EYFS and commitment to child-led learning
• Ambition to create a new centre culture from scratch
• Leadership that balances kindness, high expectations, and joy
