Job Overview:

MPA Recruitment are working with our trusted clients to Nurse Bank Administrator for our client in the portadown area

As an Admin/Clerical Officer, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of organisational processes. You will interact with staff, clients, and the public, maintaining clear and effective communication while managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Job Description:
Admin/Clerical Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of general administrative and clerical tasks, such as managing files, preparing documents, and updating records.
  • Utilise various office systems and technologies to input, retrieve, and manage information efficiently.
  • Draft and send correspondence, ensuring all communications are accurate and professional.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organisational guidelines.
  • Respond to inquiries from staff, clients, and the public, providing information and assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other activities as required.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in line with performance standards and organisational policies.
  • Support team members and management with additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Option 1: 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language or an equivalent/higher qualification and 1 year of clerical/administrative experience
    .
  • Option 2: 2 years of clerical/administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel (or equivalent software).
Hours of Work:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
