The Job You Will Perform
  • Responsible for running mill production equipment
  • Monitoring the process to produce a high quality product
  • Following detailed written and verbal procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems
  • Team oriented environment rewarding flexibility and reliability
  • You will start in an entry-level position and perform general physical activities.
  • On the job training may involve physical, technical, and mechanical ability in order to perform the following duties:
  • Climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
  • Monitoring, adjusting, and controlling operating equipment
  • Conducting tests and inspections of products or processes to evaluate quality or performance
The Skills You Will Bring
  • Must be currently 18 years of age or older at the start of employment
  • High School Diploma or GED at the start of employment
  • Ability to safely operate equipment in a heavy industrial environment
  • Ability to work shift work, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to comprehend and follow complex directions in oral, written or electronic formats
  • Ability to safely operate mobile equipment
  • Ability to succeed in a team-based, high performance work environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation
  • Ability to work at heights, on ladders and in confined spaces
  • Ability to pass drug screens & background checks
  • Ability to productively use MS office, including email, word and excel
  • Prior successful work experience in a manufacturing and/or military environment
  • Ability to work well with teams
  • Desire for career advancement
  • Ability to learn accurately through self-study
