Assistant Manager roles involve leading shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service, and managing various departmental functions such as training, food safety, inventory, and personnel scheduling. Managers also oversee guest service, kitchen operations, and people management to maintain quality, safety, and profitability.

• Lead weekly shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
• Oversee assigned systems: training, food safety, inventory management.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage promotions, front‑counter (McCafé), and drive‑thru organization.
• Ensure food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training.
• Hire, train, and schedule crew to achieve restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Recognize and motivate crew throughout their tenure.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and enthusiasm for fast‑paced work.
• Must be 18 years or older.
