Pay
:
Competitive hourly pay plus full benefits based on experience
The Occupational Health Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing employees in a workers’ compensation capacity.
Duties include:
- Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care with healthcare providers
- Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injuries
- Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations
- Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers’ compensation claims, and accommodations
- Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives
- Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies
- Provide health-related training sessions on workplace hazards and disease prevention
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to maintain a healthy work environment
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Compact or Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience and ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Occupational health or urgent care experience strongly preferred
