Business Systems Manager – ERP & Operations

• Leading requirements gathering and documentation to translate operational needs into clear technical specifications
• Troubleshooting system issues and escalating complex problems to ensure continuity of business operations
• Coordinating and supporting IT priorities between major project cycles to keep day‑to‑day systems running smoothly
• Building dashboards and analytics that enhance data visibility and inform leadership decision‑making
• Acting as a bridge between IT and Operations, driving system optimization, continuous improvement, and stronger organizational alignment

• 7–10+ years of combined experience across IT systems and manufacturing operations within regulated environments (FDA, ISO, GMP, or similar)
• Deep experience with ERP platforms (Syspro preferred), data analytics, and process improvement initiatives and WMS operations in high‑volume environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL, including complex queries and performance tuning
• Strong capability in reporting and analytics, using Crystal Reports and Power BI to build dashboards and operational insights
• Solid grasp of ERP data models and reporting architectures to support scalable, accurate data flows
• Proven ability to drive process improvements, assess operational risk, and influence cross‑functional teams in an individual‑contributor capacity, with potential to grow into leadership
