- Primary responsibility for questions/administration of basic human resources functions for local staff, while elevating to HR Manager as necessary.
- System administrator and go to for company HRIS system – Ultimate Software, which contains the entire employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance, payroll) and is the primary portal for all employee data. Will be a payroll back-up to main processor.
- Utilize/access Corporate provided resources and information portal (Intranet portal) related to all Human Resources processes and procedures and Ansay Employee Handbook.
- Administrative duties as needed – employee engagement activities, hosting meetings, trainings, workshops, maintenance of supplies, etc. for the offices within the Region.
- Maintain the monthly communication meetings for Region.
- Interpret human resources policies utilizing Agency guidelines and established policies.
- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
- Conduct weekly meetings to check in with each office, in person or via zoom.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new employees
- Designated employee point person for questions, guidance for each office.
Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
- 2+ years' experience in Accounting, Human Resources or General Business
- Desire to continue education and training

Skills and Abilities
)
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with peers - internal and external
- Excellent communication skills: writing, speaking, presenting and listening
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions in the best interests of the agency
