• Provide outpatient psychiatric care as part of the clinical team (no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends).
• Deliver care in flexible work models, including full-time, part-time (20 hours/week+), and hybrid on-site/telehealth arrangements.
• Participate in a collegial work environment with full administrative support and modern offices.
• Utilize digital technology and latest tools to support patient care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment for patients.

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin
• MD, DO
• Child, adolescent, or adult experience
• Annual compensation range: $305,000 - $406,000 plus sign-on bonus for full-time role
