Jefferson Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time day shift Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Emergency Department RN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care tailored to individual patient needs, following the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will also be required to promote continuity of care to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met.
As a team member, the RN must be comfortable delegating and supervising support nursing staff who participate in the provision of care.
- Current Washington state RN license in good standing
- 4 years of Emergency Department experience preferred
- Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Trauma Nurse Care Course (TNCC) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
