Family Birth Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Overview

Night Shift Registered Nurse – Family Birth Center, Jefferson Healthcare, Port Townsend, Washington. This role provides nursing care during labor and delivery, tailored to each patient using the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating) to meet patient needs and promote continuity of care. The position offers opportunities to support neighboring departments and contribute to the facility’s success.

• Provide exceptional nursing care during labor and delivery, individualized to patient needs.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet expected outcomes.

• Washington state RN license in good standing
• BLS, NRP, ACLS, STABLE, and AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring Certifications required within 6 months of hire
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Two or more years of labor & delivery nursing experience

0.9 FTE; 36 hours/week;
