Jefferson Healthcare invites registered nurse graduates of the class of 2025 to join our 12‑month RN Residency Program. The program delivers clinical experiences, didactic education, simulations, and personalized support from experienced nurse educators, preparing novice nurses to deliver excellent care to our community’s patients.

What can you expect?
  • 12‑16 weeks of orientation under 1:1 direct supervision of a trained preceptor
  • Ongoing, regular support and follow‑up from nurse educators for the first 12 months
  • Smaller cohort sizes for more individualized support
  • Shadowing experiences throughout the organization
  • Opportunity to cross‑train to other departments

What You’ll Need
  • A recent diploma from an accredited RN program.
  • WA State RN license in good standing.
  • AHA BLS/CPR certification required.
  • ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire, depending on the department.
  • NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire, depending on the department.

Schedule:

0.9 FTE; 36 hours/week;
Night Shift; 7:00 pm‑7:30 am
