Announcement #326340. Jefferson Healthcare, in Port Townsend, Washington, is seeking an experienced per diem Registered Nurse to join our Family Birth Center team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care during labor and delivery, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient using the nursing process. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while ensuring that patient needs and expected outcomes are met through promoting continuity of care.
You will also have the opportunity to utilize your skills to support neighboring departments and contribute to the overall success of the facility.
- Provide nursing care during labor and delivery, using the nursing process to tailor care to each patient.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet outcomes and promote continuity of care.
- Support neighboring departments and contribute to the overall success of the facility as a team member.
- Washington state RN license in good standing required
- BLS Certification required
- NRP Certification required
- ACLS Certification required within 6 months of hire
- STABLE Certification required within 6 months of hire
- AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate and Advanced Certification required within 6 months of hire
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Two (2) or more years of labor & delivery nursing experience
Per Diem; 0-16 hours/week;
Variable Shift
- 15% wage increase in place of benefits

Salary: $41.43 - $75.65 per hour
