Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA, is currently looking for a full-time Oncology RN Navigator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will possess specialty-specific clinical knowledge and have a passion for providing individualized assistance to patients, families, and caregivers. In this pivotal role, you will help patients navigate healthcare system barriers, ensuring a seamless care experience from referral to specialty care and beyond, including survivorship and end-of-life care.
As an RN Navigator, you will utilize your advanced clinical skills and expertise to coordinate patient care along the specialty continuum. You will employ critical thinking and decision‑making abilities to guide specialty care teams, addressing the complex needs of patients throughout their healthcare journey.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in Oncology Nursing preferred
- Oncology Navigation experience preferred
- ONS Certification required
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification may be required
