Dental Assistant

Overview

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to become an integral part of our onsite and mobile Dental Clinic. Sign-on bonus eligible!

• Greet patients, review medical and dental histories, and prepare them for treatment.
• Assist the dentist or hygienist during procedures.
• Take X-rays and ensure that all equipment and materials are properly sterilized.

• Graduate of Dental Assisting School or a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
• Current BLS/CPR Healthcare Provider certification, Blood Borne Pathogens training, and a valid Washington State Dental Assistant Registration Certificate.
• Familiarity with CDC sterilization standards, patient safety protocols, and OSHA and WISHA regulations.
• Team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
