Basic Salary: GBP 12.21 per hour (Increasing in April) : 40 hours, Full-time

OTE:
Between GBP 600 : GBP 1,000+ per month

Shift and schedule:
Trading hours are 9 am : 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays. 5 out of 7 days working pattern.

• GBP 12.21 per hour increasing to GBP 12.71 in April (40-hour full-time contract)
• Monthly uncapped commission : realistic yearly OTE GBP 30,000 : GBP 35,000 +

• Welcoming customers and creating a brilliant in-store experience
• Understanding needs and recommending the right products and packages
• Demonstrating the latest handsets, accessories and broadband deals
• Confidently working towards and exceeding sales targets
• Keeping the store looking sharp and well-stocked
• Working as part of a team that celebrates wins together

• Sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Confident talking to customers and handling objections
• Motivated by targets and earning commission
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working weekends and busy retail shifts
• Interested in tech and staying up to date with new products
