Teacher Active – a leading supply teaching agency – is on the lookout for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TAs) to work in primary schools across Neath Port Talbot.

⏰ Full-time or Part-time

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and activities
• Encouraging pupil participation and promoting positive behaviour

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children
• Experience can be voluntary, school-based, or from transferable roles (youth work, care, coaching, etc.)
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
