We are looking for a Sourcing Lead who will help ensure a secure and sustainable supply of goods, materials and services to keep our operations running smoothly.

As a Sourcing Lead, you will support the Senior Sourcing Lead in managing spend within your area of responsibility. You will help shape, deliver and continuously improve commercial strategies that secure supply, drive value, and ensure compliance with company policy.

You’ll build strong relationships across the business, act as a trusted commercial partner, and use your market understanding to guide decisions that protect operations and unlock value.

• Support or lead sourcing activity for your spend categories.
• Ensure all commercial contracts and negotiations are robust, policy‑compliant and deliver value.
• Contribute to the development and execution of category strategies and annual plans.
• Draft high‑quality strategy documents and business cases.

• Build positive relationships with key stakeholders and end users.
• Interpret and challenge business requirements to ensure continuity of supply.
• Act as a visible commercial partner, ensuring best practice and policy compliance.

• Understand global market conditions impacting your categories.
• Identify risks and lead mitigation actions related to supply, quality and commercial exposure.
• Guide others in developing negotiation strategies and supplier engagement approaches.
• Lead supplier relationship management and escalation governance.

For this role you will need to demonstrate credibility, reliability and a commitment to continuous improvement. You’ll also need to utilise procurement systems and processes accurately. Other requirements for this role include:

• 3 plus years’ experience in procurement sourcing roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work at pace in a complex operational and market environment.
