Logistics Delivery Driver & Warehouse Operations Associate

About the Role

Picture your day: you arrive, review the morning run, and start by pulling and staging orders in the warehouse. You’ll load small flat bed trucks, secure materials, and head out to customer sites with a friendly, professional approach. Between routes, you’ll jump back in to receive shipments, stock inventory, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. The mix of delivery and warehouse work helps you learn our materials inside and out—and ensures a full 40 hours each week.

• Load/unload deliveries and transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Handle shipping, receiving, stocking, and pulling orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) and use a cut-off saw.
• Drive small flat bed trucks for local deliveries with excellent customer service.
• Support overall warehouse organization and cleanliness.

• High school diploma and/or 2 years of relevant warehouse and delivery experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Comfort using a tape measure.
• Team-first mindset: positive attitude, customer friendly, organized, punctual, and responsible.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs safely.

• Experience in the aluminum industry.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish.
