Personal Training Manager

Job Overview

Personal Training Manager leads our high‑volume gyms, coaching trainers, driving revenue, and ensuring member satisfaction.

• Owner/operator of day‑to‑day personal training staff.
• Key business partner to Fitness Manager, managing PT business.
• Meet or exceed PT targets each month.
• Deliver high‑value PT orientation sessions to maximize new client acquisition.
• Identify and operationalize growth opportunities for the PT department.
• Oversee PT experience to drive revenue and client retention.
• Own end‑to‑end trainer lifecycle: sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, development, performance management.
• Coach and develop trainers through regular individual and team meetings.
• Minimize trainer turnover and increase tenure through coaching, development, support.

• Internal: 1 year as an EōS personal trainer.
• External: 1 year verifiable managerial experience.
• L2 or Master Coach level as an EōS personal trainer.
• Enthusiastic team developer through education and coaching.
• Accountable for achieving performance goals and company KPIs.
• Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence.
• Organized, detail‑oriented initiative taker who meets deadlines.

• Must pass background check.
• Valid Personal Training Certification.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting; communicate with employees, members, public.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift >40 lbs.
• Ability to access and operate company computer systems.

Competitive base salary + bonus opportunity.

Salary range: $58,656 – $85,000 USD.
