• Pay $20.00-$22.00/hr, based on experience

• Schedule and dispatch technicians
• Monitor daily schedules and update work orders
• Confirm next-day appointments with customers
• Communicate with field staff
• Handle basic paperwork and maintain records
• Coordinate installation schedules, parts deliveries, and warranty procedures
• Answer customer questions and concerns

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Dispatch experience (HVAC or plumbing preferred)
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Service Titan and/or Dialpad is a plus
