About the Role

As a Residential Service Plumber, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential homes. Your skills and professionalism will help ensure safe, reliable plumbing solutions while delivering excellent customer service through clear communication and expert recommendations.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems including water lines, drain lines, water heaters, fixtures, and more.
• Install new plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Provide expert plumbing solutions, clearly communicating repair options and recommendations to homeowners.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Adhere to company safety policies and local/state plumbing regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of Residential Service Plumbing Experience.
• Experience with Service Titan Software – helpful.
• Valid Plumbing License or Journeyman Certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Experience with Service Titan Software is a plus.

Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Work in varied environments (indoor, outdoor, attics, crawlspaces). Perform physical activities such as climbing, kneeling, bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, and using tools. Regular exposure to water, chemicals, confined spaces, and extreme temperatures.
