A. Croson, LLC is seeking EXPERIENCED Plumbing Foremen for areas between St Lucie, Palm Beach and Broward counties - minimum of 5 years' experience required. Commercial experience working on multi-family units/hotels preferred.

Supervise/lead team of plumbers/helpers and oversee project(s) to ensure that all plumbing is installed per code with professional quality and safety at all times. Must know how to read blueprints, coordinate with other trades and be familiar with plumbing codes.

• Supervises/leads crew
• Troubleshoots plumbing systems as necessary
• Ensures that all installations meet local code and company standards
• Maintains required paperwork including timesheets, safety meetings, material orders, etc. (performed on a tablet)
• Attends project meetings
• Performs related duties as assigned and manage material orders

• Must have 5 years’ experience and be at a journeyman level plumber
• Be in physical condition required to walk job daily, monitoring all phases of work
• Must supply hand tools
• Will need to have an OSHA 30 card (can take the class online if needed when hired)

• Must be familiar and comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies
• Must be able to layout, rough in and finish out plumbing work
• Locate, mark, for penetrations in floors, walls and roofs as needed for piping installation
• Able to ensure that all piping is straight, level, plumb, and cleanly, to code in a professional workmanship manner
• Test and verify plumbing as directed
• Able to follow oral and or written directions and have the ability to calculate basic math problems/formulas
• Able to instruct and train unskilled workers in a safe manner
  
  Must be knowledgeable of local plumbing codes and be able to read/understand blueprints and specifications
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships

• Must provide own transportation to and from the jobsite as required for the work shift and have a valid driver's license. (vehicle compensation & fuel is provided)
• Must constantly protect the interests of the company and promote its success
