- Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
- Monitor and coordinate communications for incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner within the healthcare location.
- Dispatch security‑related personnel and resources as needed to various areas of the facility.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of all dispatch activities and incidents.
- Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders as required.
- Support regular and random patrols by coordinating information and resources for teams operating around the healthcare location and its perimeter.
- Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining awareness of all incoming calls and reported incidents.
- At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
- Proof of hospital‑required vaccines is required.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
