Compensation:
Base + Uncapped Commission
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving revenue through outbound and inbound sales, managing customer accounts, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires a strong ability to execute sales processes, maintain pipeline ownership, and consistently develop new business opportunities through structured lead generation.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through relationship building and retention strategies
- Generate new business through cold calling, outbound prospecting, and inbound lead conversion
- Execute defined sales processes and structured sales methodologies
- Build and maintain active lead pipelines with documented touchpoints
- Create and manage ongoing lead generation campaigns
- Maintain pipeline ownership by developing measurable and sustainable sales funnels
- Log and track activity, deals, and client correspondence in a CRM system
- Maintain clean, accurate, and timely documentation for all sales movements
- Support forecasting, revenue planning, and lead tracking through pipeline analytics
- Experience in outbound and inbound sales
- Strong focus on account management and relationship building
- Comfortable executing cold-calling and sales outreach at volume
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, Oorwin, Bullhorn, etc.)
- Ability to build active lead pipelines and sales funnels
- Familiar with sales operations, pipeline tracking, and structured sales cycles
- Pipeline ownership and lead tracking discipline
- Relationship intelligence and client engagement
- Consistent outbound activity and follow-through
- Process adherence and structured sales execution
- Strong communication with clients and internal teams
