Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing, completing required audits and documentation, and securing fragile or high-shrink merchandise.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment operation and sanitization, cold chain procedures, cleaning, and reporting issues to Management.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality products and maintaining a clean, customer-ready environment.

• Maintain safety and proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Stock and present products to ensure availability and visibility for Members.
• Monitor temperatures, expiration dates, and product quality; dispose of lesser-quality items as needed.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work area.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
