Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm
• Operate the POS to ensure accurate and efficient sales data, price, and information codes on merchandise
• Welcome customers to participate in a Change Round Up to the nearest dollar to further support our mission
• Respond to phone calls while offering world‑class customer service
• Assist in the training of new team members and cashiers
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe sales floor and return all unsold merchandise to the floor

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 25 pounds with no support regularly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
