Donor Greeter – Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast

As a Donor Greeter
, you are the friendly face that welcomes every donor and ensures a smooth and positive donation experience. You’ll help unload donations, provide receipts, and make sure each contribution is handled with care and respect all while promoting Goodwill’s mission and values.

$14.50 per year

• Greet donors promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Assist with unloading donations and provide accurate tax receipts.
• Sort and organize donations by category for processing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized donation area.
• Handle and report materials, equipment, and safety concerns responsibly.
• Support Goodwill’s commitment to community impact, safety, and integrity.

• Read, write and communicate verbally and perform basic math skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationship with team leader, team members, customers and donors.
• Ability to work within a team situation.
• Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude and a neat, clean, and well‑groomed appearance.
• Ability to perform the essential functions with or without accommodation.

• Able to stand, bend and reach.
• Able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to forty (40) pounds with no support regularly. Over forty (40) pounds request for additional team member assistance as needed.
• Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion. Manual dexterity is required.
