• 2+ years experience as a shift manager or assistant restaurant manager in quick service restaurants
• Excellent people and guest service skills
• Proficiency in all kitchen operations
• Ability to manage front and back of house
• Strong focus on quality and standards
• Experience with product ordering, scheduling, and P&L interpretation

• Assist the Operating Director in leading the team
• Ensure guest expectations are exceeded
