As an Applebee’s Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. Friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive, you will make recommendations and anticipate the guests’ needs while working hard and enjoying your shift.

Daily Pay is currently not available in California.

Must be able to maintain well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift, safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Responsibilities include transporting plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business). Must speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff, wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies.

Must wear protective face coverings/masks as required and wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
