Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Join us as a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney at Epic to support our legal team as we expand globally. This role is based on our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation; full relocation assistance will be provided.

You’ll manage complex litigation and counsel on risk, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. Your work will involve winning multi‑million‑dollar disputes, proactive risk counseling, high‑stakes legal proceedings, and partnering with vendors and industry collaborators to maintain compliance across U.S. and international frameworks.

• JD with experience counseling for risk mitigation, drafting motions & briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Competitive litigation experience in competition and regulatory matters is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, analytical skills, and a creative, detail‑oriented mindset.
• COVID‑19 vaccination (as required).
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
