Team Engineer
, you’ll play a key role in delivering forward-thinking IT solutions, maintaining the integrity of our clients’ systems, and driving complex projects that truly make a difference.
We're looking for a technical expert who thrives in dynamic environments, values client relationships, and brings both precision and passion to the job.
What You’ll Do:Provide expert-level IT support for Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments including Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware.
Design, implement, and support modern infrastructure solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
Architect and deploy tailored system solutions that align with each client’s unique business needs.
Build and support robust disaster recovery solutions.
Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including WAN/LAN connectivity, firewalls, routers, and security protocols.
Implement and support secure remote access solutions such as VPNs and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Deliver consultative services including system assessments, documentation, and strategic recommendations.
Maintain proactive communication with clients—ensuring they’re informed, confident, and supported at every step.
Act as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.
Collaborate with a high-performing team to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business to align IT with their goals.
Stay ahead of the curve by reviewing new technologies and trends regularly.
Use Connect Wise to document work, manage time, and track project progress.
5+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years in an MSP environment strongly preferred.
Professional certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or Sonic Wall CSSA.
Experience with MSP tools like Connect Wise and Kaseya.
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can explain tech clearly and patiently.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
