- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid certified nursing assistant (CNA), home health aide (HHA) or personal care aide (PCA) certification
- Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB clearance or chest X‑ray
