Role DescriptionThis is a full-time/part-time role based in Palm Beach County, St. Lucie County, Indian River County (Vero Beach/Sebastian), Brevard County (Cocoa Beach/Titusville) FL with CLT course certification available at our accredited school. In this role, the therapist will assess and evaluate patients, develop and implement specialized treatment plans, and provide support for lymphedema management through manual therapy, decongestion of involved in extremities with gold standard short stretch bandaging, exercises, education and compression garment management.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate patient records, and optimizing patient outcomes by delivering personalized and compassionate care.
- Expertise in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Rehabilitation techniques
- Knowledge of Exercise Physiology and its application to therapeutic care
- Understanding of Psychology to provide patient-centered support
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or related qualification (PTA/COTA)
- Experience in home care and treating lymphedema or related conditions is preferred
- Strong communication, patient care, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
