• You’ll lead a toddler classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
• You’ll build relationships with families.
• You’ll create meaningful learning moments.
• You’ll shape early experiences that matter for a lifetime.

• Lead-qualified (CDA, FCCPC, Early Childhood degree, or equivalent)- Required
• Has experience in a licensed childcare setting
• Meets Florida DCF licensing requirements
• Is warm, dependable, and passionate about early learning
• Wants a school where educators are respected, supported, and trusted
