- You’ll lead a toddler classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
- You’ll build relationships with families.
- You’ll create meaningful learning moments.
- You’ll shape early experiences that matter for a lifetime.
- Lead-qualified (CDA, FCCPC, Early Childhood degree, or equivalent)- Required
- Has experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Meets Florida DCF licensing requirements
- Is warm, dependable, and passionate about early learning
- Wants a school where educators are respected, supported, and trusted
