Job Title: CTE (Career and Technical Education) Teacher - Welding
Location: Indiantown High School, Indiantown, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Principal
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CTE (Career and Technical Education) Teacher specializing in Welding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and safety, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and prepare students for careers in the welding industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive welding curriculum that meets state standards and industry requirements.
- Teach students various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Instruct students on the proper use and maintenance of welding equipment and tools.
- Emphasize safety procedures and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, and practical assessments.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to meet the diverse needs of students.
