Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 (based on experience)

We are actively seeking an experienced Marine Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver complex waterfront and underwater infrastructure projects. This is a key role with a respected contractor, offering long-term opportunity and competitive compensation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in marine construction
• Background managing docks, bridges, seawalls, or underwater projects
• Ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and field crews
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring safety compliance
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of marine construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and field teams
• Maintain project documentation and reports
