Moreni Energy’s EPC Division is a Florida‑licensed electrical contractor currently delivering major commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects across the state. We are seeking an experienced Solar Construction Site Superintendent for a full‑time, on‑site role in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of solar construction projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and safety standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supervising site activities, managing project schedules, and monitoring budgets. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
The Site Superintendent is a hands‑on, field‑based leadership role requiring a full‑time onsite presence at active project locations. In addition to supervising crews, the Superintendent is expected to perform direct field duties, including quality control inspections, troubleshooting installation issues, and supporting crews in developing and implementing solutions.
Qualifications- 5+ years of solar or commercial construction experience
- 3+ years in a Superintendent or senior field leadership role
- Strong expertise in Construction Site Management, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
- Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and ability to implement safety protocols effectively on‑site.
- Excellent Organization Skills to track project progress, manage documentation, and coordinate resources.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost oversight to ensure financial objectives are achieved without compromising quality.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope and deadlines.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Prior experience in solar or renewable energy projects is highly advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in construction safety (OSHA‑30 certification).
- Commercial solar construction on rooftops, ground‑mount and carports
