Our client, who is experiencing rapid growth is seeking a hands‑on Controller. This role oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, and system optimization while driving process improvements that support a growing, multi‑channel business. The ideal candidate blends strong technical accounting expertise with a modern, systems‑driven approach.

• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance
• Partner with third‑party logistics providers on inventory accounting and reconciliations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
• Implement automation and process improvements across accounting workflows
• Manage and develop accounting team members
• Provide financial insights and reporting to executive leadership
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance

• Active CPA license preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting background with ERP optimization experience
• Experience with SAP Business One
• Advanced Excel and systems integration expertise
• Experience with inventory, payroll, sales tax, and multi‑channel revenue
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and process‑driven
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
