Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You address the whole patient, fostering independence and physical abilities. You collaborate with peers, make referrals as needed, and ensure patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
