We are seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Full‑Time TMS Technician for our Kitsap clinic—a unique opportunity that goes beyond a job to help patients reclaim their lives while you grow your career in a collaborative, people‑first environment.

- Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
- Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
- Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
- Manage scheduling, follow‑ups, and maintain HIPAA‑compliant records.
- Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

- Preferred education:
BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field. - 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
- Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
- Patient‑centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive.
- Detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively.
- Preferred: BLS certification.
