• Prepare and execute recipes (soup, sauce, pasta, lasagna) to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain the highest safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Support prep work and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
