Overview
Port Moody Maternity Clinic is looking for family physicians with an interest in obstetrics to join our team. Our clinic has a nurse in practice, front staff, two exam rooms and a physician office. EMR is OSCAR.
Role and Responsibilities- Provide clinic coverage (one half day a week or two full days every month).
- Provide labour and delivery call coverage at Royal Columbian Hospital. Currently, we are most in need of call coverage and are looking for physicians to help provide 2–3 days of 24‑hour call each month (targeting 2026).
- Overhead for locums is $200 per 24‑hour call shift.
- Opportunity to participate in maternity care for the BC program, where new physicians are paired with a current clinic physician for call, with funding provided to complete 20 deliveries under supervision.
