The Pro Mechanical - Scaffold Builder Helper plays a crucial supporting role in the construction and maintenance of scaffolding structures within the oil and gas extraction and mining industries. This position ensures that scaffold components are prepared, transported, and assembled safely and efficiently to facilitate access for workers and equipment. The role demands close collaboration with scaffold builders and site supervisors to maintain compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

The Scaffold Builder Helper contributes to maintaining a safe work environment by identifying potential hazards and assisting in the implementation of safety protocols. Ultimately, this position supports the timely completion of projects by providing essential assistance in scaffold erection and dismantling activities at the Pro Mechanical facility in FPC.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of scaffold components and construction techniques.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
• Valid work authorization for the job location.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a scaffold builder helper or in a related construction support role.
• Certification in scaffold safety or related occupational health and safety training.
• Basic knowledge of oil and gas or mining industry operations.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold plans and blueprints.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
