Painting Solutions Expert
As a Painting Solutions Expert, you’ll be the first impression for many of our customers. You’ll educate homeowners about our services, offer personalized solutions, and guide them through the estimate and booking process. You’re not a pushy closer, you’re a trusted advisor who helps customers say yes with confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing- Following up on inbound leads and conducting in-home estimates.
- Educating home and business owners on painting solutions and project options.
- Developing partnerships within a broad professional network that includes realtors, contractors, designers, HOAs, and property managers.
- Building long-term client relationships that turn one-time customers into lifelong partners.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Gain cross-training exposure to project coordination, including scheduling, crews, timelines, and materials.
- Develop awareness of job progress, quality standards, and customer communication through site visits and system documentation.
- Love meeting new people and are energized by face-to-face interactions.
- You’re self-motivated, organized, and know how to manage your own pipeline.
- You’re comfortable with in-home sales, measurements, and walking clients through project estimates.
- You take pride in helping people find the right solution, not just making a quick sale.
- You’re excited about working with a company that values integrity and outstanding service.
- Prior experience in home improvement, residential services, or in-home sales (painting, contracting, handyman services, etc.).
- Proven success with relationship-based or consultative sales.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Housecall Pro, , etc.).
- Comfortable driving throughout Metro Detroit.
- Connections with local realtors, property managers, or contractors is a BIG plus.
- A growth mindset and hunger to help build something great.
