We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income.

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training

• Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually
• Residual income – paid monthly on active accounts

• A natural communicator and closer
• Comfortable with face-to-face selling
• Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)

Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position is commission-only with residuals and a portfolio ownership component.

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality

You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights and can be in your team region when in the field.
