What You’ll Do

As a Clinic RN/LPN with UGLFH, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate care environment for our patients and team. Every day brings the opportunity to make a real impact by:

  • Providing exceptional nursing care within the scope of your license, ensuring patients feel supported and cared for.
  • Assessing patient needs, developing nursing care plans, and collaborating with providers to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Keeping the clinic running smoothly by coordinating patient flow and creating a seamless experience for both patients and providers.
  • Preparing patients for exams and treatments with professionalism and compassion, helping them feel comfortable and informed.
  • Championing preventative care by managing an assigned patient registry to improve health outcomes and support long‑term wellness. You will build meaningful relationships with the patients you care for and truly make a lasting impact in their lives.
  • Building up your team by offering support, guidance, and mentorship to fellow clinical staff.
  • Enhancing the patient experience while helping providers be as effective and productive as possible.
  • Demonstrating advanced clinical judgment, critical thinking, and growing your expertise in a supportive, team‑centered environment.

Job Qualifications
  • State of Michigan unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
  • Evidence of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
