Days, Afternoons, Nights, or Weekends (as needed)

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing supportive daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s care plan
• Escorting residents to and from meals and activities as needed
• Proactively identifying, developing, and executing solutions to enhance the resident living experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (students encouraged to apply)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules including evenings and weekends
